Hey friends,
I'm reaching out today because of a cause I'm really passionate about -- preventing suicide among youth and young adults in South Dakota and Minnesota. Today, suicide is the leading cause of death for our next generation in both states, but there is hope in tackling such a heavy, important issue because of Lost&Found.
Lost&Found is the region's largest youth and young adult suicide prevention organization, and they also provide support to suicide loss survivors to prevent further loss of life. They have gathered dozens of supporters across South Dakota and Minnesota to build a legacy of resilience -- and a world where no person dies by suicide.
That's why I became a Resilience Champion with Lost&Found and created a fundraiser to ensure more than 10,000 South Dakotans and Minnesotans will have access to life-saving mental health peer support and education.
My goal is to raise $500 between now and Friday, December 20, 2024. Every dollar will go directly toward Lost&Found's mission of resilience, and throughout the month, your donations may be matched by Lost&Found's community partners.
